mad routine
Mad routine is a trip-hop grunge band as well as an acting project. The band is made up of Veela and My City Glory, acting as Vanessa and Cole, two musicians trying to make it in the late 90's, early 2000's.
A new winter and summer EP is planned for each year with singles in-between. Each EP release is accompanied with a movie and many songs get music videos. Both the movies and music videos are recorded with a Hi8 camera, often with Veela's family camcorder.

Introducing mad routine (movie)
This movie was played on November 17th, 2024 to reveal to the community that the secret project Veela has been working on is mad routine. The stream was titled "in a mood..." and only featured the movie and an intro/outro segment with music and the band logo.
Introducing mad routine got uloaded to YouTube on December 14th, 2024. The first full mad routine song publicly heard, find a way back (from the in a mood EP), was revealed at the end.
In a mood (EP)
In a mood is the first EP released by mad routine on January 15th, 2025. It's available to play on the band's website starting from January 1st, 2025. The music videos got released later. Bap has also been included as part of the digital download and the cassette release.
Bap (single)
Bap is the first single released by the band on Feburary 5th, 2025 (music video released on February 7th, 2025). It was also the second full song revealed to the community following the introductory stream.
In a mood (movie)
The second movie released on February 16th, the day it was shown to the public. It features songs from the EP and an original soundtrack that is available on the website.
Disparait (single)
Disparait was the second single released on February 19th, 2025 (visualizer released on the same day). It was featured at the end of the second movie and can be purchased as part of the soundtrack.
Recluse (single)
Recluse was released on March 12th, 2025 (visualizer released on March 15th, 2025).
Nothing left to find (single)
Nothing left to find (often shortened to NLTF) was released on March 26th, 2025.
Never be the same again (single)
Never be the same again (often shortened to NBTSA) released on April 16th, 2025.
Midnight (single)
Midnight released on May 21st, 2025 (music video released on May 25th, 2025). The video premiered during a livestream with the title of midnight 3 video in reference to BAP 3 video.
Pool party (EP)
Pool party is the second EP of mad routine, and the first summer EP. It was released on July 28th, 2025. The music videos got released later. Midnight is also included in the cassette release of the EP. The CD also includes all mad routine releases that came before the EP.
Pool party '99 (movie)
The movie for pool party released on September 26th, 2025. It features songs from the EP and back in full colour from the in a mood soundtrack.
Domino (single)
Domino released on October 29th, 2025.
Don't react (single)
Don't react released on November 26th, 2025. The music video released 2 days later during a livestream.
Insomniac (EP)
Insomniac will be the third EP by mad routine coming in late January, 2026.
